Today, I welcome back SFG Chief, Brett Jones. Last time I had Brett on Culture Chat we discussed his journey through the fitness industry. Today, we chat about Games of Throne and Avengers: End Game. Yes, you heard that right. As this was recorded the day after Episode 3 – The Long Night, you may want to pause and save this episode for any potential spoiler alerts.

We also talk about fitness. I couldn’t have a discussion with one of the best resources in the fitness industry and not use the opportunity to discuss strength and conditioning. Brett explains how training changes as you age and the benefits of leading an active vs. sedentary lifestyle. We also discuss the hot topic of stoicism and how that applies to the fitness industry. I always learn a lot from Brett and really enjoy our conversations and hope you will too.

As always, please help support this podcast by SHARING and RATING it.  If you would like to support with a donation, you can become a patron of the show by visiting my website or Patreon.com so I can keep sharing these awesome interviews with you.
